Privacy Policy

Last updated May 16, 2026.

Stackform is a one-person technology consultancy. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit stackform.app or get in touch. The short version: this website collects nothing about you, and the only information we ever hold is what you choose to send us directly.

What this site collects

stackform.app is a static website. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising. There is no contact form, no login, and no account to create. Browsing these pages does not create any profile or record tied to you.

When you get in touch

If you email us or book an introductory call, you share information with us directly — your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you and to plan any work you have asked about. We will not add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing.

Scheduling and email

Introductory calls are booked through Calendly, and our email runs through Google Workspace. When you use either, your information is also handled by those companies under their own privacy policies. We picked established providers, but we do not control how they operate.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare automatically keeps standard technical logs — such as IP addresses and basic request details — to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use those logs to identify or follow individual visitors.

We don’t sell your information

We have never sold or rented personal information, and we never will. We share what you send us only when it is needed to do the work you asked for, or if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep the emails and project details you send for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. If you would like us to delete what we hold about you, email [email protected] and we will do so wherever we are not required to keep it.

Questions

If you have any questions about this policy or the information we hold, email [email protected].
